All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by LifeCycle Adventures.

• Deposits or full payment may be required at the time of booking
• Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply and will be disclosed at checkout

We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel or adjust bookings affected by such errors.

Detailed cancellation, refund, and change policies are presented during the booking process and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFECYCLE ADVENTURES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIFECYCLE ADVENTURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeCycle Adventures LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

12. Force Majeure

LifeCycle Adventures shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
