We manage events from 15 to 150 people with cycling, hiking, kayaking or other activities as a focus. 

One of our most recent successes was a Cycling Event for the clients of Charles Schwab.  The event catered to 80 people and was hosted out of the Meadowood Resort near St Helena.

We design and operate events for many occasions and various sizes.
Examples include:

  • Client entertainment – “Cycling is the new golf!”
  • As part of a project team-building day
  • For extended family gatherings
  • For cycling clubs
  • For other clubs looking to host an active event

Designing Your Cycling Trip

We work with you to design an event that is right for your group. We have cycling routes from 10 to 100 miles per day. Around any route we also offer other fun things to do such as winery tours and visits to historic sites.  These non-cycling activities are great for groups of mixed ability.  We also have kayaking and hiking itineraries.

 

Getting Started

To bring your event to life, we prepare an itinerary that describes the event as well as your options for the venue.
