Our Private Tours are for families, colleagues or friends who want a guided bicycle tour personalized just for them. Anything can be tailored to your group, including:

  • The start and end dates of your vacation
  • A destination in California or Oregon
  • The mileage for your rides
  • Your preferred style of accommodation while touring
  • Dining & winery visits

We have routes to match all levels of cycling ability. You can also choose from a range of non-cycling activities, from archery to zip-lining. We tend to the details so that all you need to do is show up!

We operate bike tours in Napa & Sonoma, the Willamette Valley and the Columbia River Gorge.

What is Included

Trips can be to any of our destinations and can include any of the following options:

Pricing

The price of our bicycle tours vary according to trip length and accommodation preference, starting from as low as $1,050 per person for a 3-day/2-night trip in modest accommodations to $2,000 per person for a 5-day/4-night trip in comfortable accommodations.

Our accommodations fall into five price categories to help you choose what is best value for you. The following table helps explain this rating system. For options, see our accommodations page.

$$$$$Simply, some of the best hotels and resorts in the world. Typically include full spa facilities, tennis courts and a Michelin starred restaurant.
$$$$Some of the nicest full-service, hotels in the area. Typically include spa facilities and a restaurant.
$$$Typically, smaller hotels or exceptionally luxurious B&Bs. Very personal service which often includes a hosted wine tasting in the evening.
$$Nice B&Bs and more modest inns or hotels. The B&Bs typically include welcome drinks and great breakfasts.
$Simple inns or nicer motels. More modest accommodation but always clean and friendly. Typically does not include breakfast.
