We are honored by the generous emails and feedback we receive from our guests. Below is a sample that helps explain what we strive for on each and every trip. If you’d like to speak directly to a past guest, we’d be delighted to put you in touch.
LifeCycle Adventures really knows what they are doing! From the very first meeting when Laura picked us up at our hotel in San Fransico, every detail was well thought through on the entire trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better adventure wandering through the wine country of Napa, Sonoma, and the Russian River valleys. It was truly a perfect mix of great bike rides including panoramic vistas through the rolling hills, to extremely challenging 2-mile switchback mountain climbs, to fast steep decents! Laura gave us great maps, with many options depending upon how adventurous we felt that particular day. We stopped each day at a number of wineries, met some great people, and a few characters along the way. Accomodations, and eateries were first rate…Laura quickly picked-up on what we liked and made appropriate recommendations. Again, can’t say enough about Laura and all the folks we came in contact with at Lifecycle Adventures. Ride on!
The trip couldn’t have been better. Brilliantly organised, and just the right level of support from Laura, Patrick and Randy: well guided but you also felt independent. A very kind and fun team who allowed us to have the perfect trip.
Lifecycle Adventures is a first rate outfitter with the travelers best interest as first priority. In the front office, Stacey and Laura listen to what a traveler wants and makes it happen. The San Juan bike trips offered are excellent and the accommodations are fantastic.
Amazing first visit to California wine country. Six days/five nights of cycling through wine country, red woods and along the coast. The guide book and maps prepared by Life Cycle were extremely well done and accurate. The turn by turn directions were super user friendly and allowed for many variations. The suggested accommodations and restaurants were excellent. We would stay and eat at any of the places again. Sherreme, Laura, & Kelly made our trip an experience we will never forget. Not being “guided group” people, we were very grateful for the opportunity to bike as a couple at our own pace on our own time-line but with the security of Life Cycle in the wings with their expertise in planning the routes and accommodations. We would book another trip with them any time.
My husband and I had beyond a wonderful time on our recent LifeCycle adventure in Oregon. Every step of the process was effortless and allowed us to enjoy our vacation that much more. Imagine every piece of a vacation already being logistically laid out to your personal preference by experts? This is what Lifecycle adventures will offer you. The areas we stayed in were amazing: Nice roads, incredible landscape, excellent wineries and restaurants. The turn by turn directions never lead us wrong. We cannot wait to take another trip with LifeCycle Adventures!
For our 25th wedding anniversary we decided to try something new and go biking. We heard good things about LifeCycle Adventures, so contacted them. Stacey couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped us figure out where to go (Sonoma wine country, redwood forest, and Pacific coastline, all in three days!), gave great suggestions about wineries and dining, and booked nice accommodations that fit our budget. They supplied terrific Trek bikes, picked up bags/wine/souvenirs daily, had clear directions with more challenging alternate routes described–it was a great fit for us. We never felt lost, were clear about the options for touring/eating/drinking at various points along the route, and felt help was always a phone call away should we need anything at all. Will be looking them up for another bike trip in the future!
